I keep getting an email that my PM inbox is full and I need to delete some messages. I don't have any messages there,what's the deal? How do I empty it?

Why do our PM boxes only hold one message at a time? Before
you could have at least 3. We get an email then it is full with only one message in the in and sent boxes? WHAT'S THE SKINNY?

Talk about computer dumb,I just deleted all my sent mail on AOL and just realized that had nothing to do wih OSO PM's. I'm going back to phones and faxes
