Rent a forklift

There is a rental co. in Deale MD. 20751 You can rent a bobcat with the fork attachment for around $250 From Sat at noon until monday morning. That price is you picking up and returning. If you need a trailer to transport it that is about $40 more. Good Luck.

Find a used gantry, and chain fall.

Forklifts will drift down a bit and for what it sounds like your doing that will be an issue.

Good for picking or dropping in, but not for rigging

I bought a gantry, telescoping legs, goes up to 16'tall, 10'wide on ebay for $500 its on wheelsproblem is you have to store it , or have a forklift or skidsteer to take apart

F-inscreename - I bought a Gantry Crane, Trolley and Chainhoist from Harbor Freight for under 500 bucks. Worked wonderfully.
