Thumbs up Teague Customer Service

Just wanted to post a positive comment (for a change).

I ordered a labbed Bravo from Teague a few weeks ago. The prop was drop shipped (literally!) from Mercury Racing.

When I checked out the prop, one of the blades was dog eared from being dropped sometime in the shipping process. I was expecting the usual RMA nightmare.

I called Adriane at Teague and was more than pleased with his response:

- UPS would pick up the damaged prop at my convenience
- A replacement would be expressed out (no additional charge)

Adriane's final comment was "what size shirt to you and your wife wear?"

Now that's customer service. Guess where I'll be buying most of my stuff from?

Way to go Bob!

I also had a wonderful exp. with them. I bought a pair of their tips off this site and found out when I got them that they did not work. One of the guys down there said that if I was to buy my second set they would fix these ones for me. Well I sent them back and they welded them to make them look like the new ones and also polished them up and put in some new stuff FOR FREE!!!!! When I was out in CA for the baot races I made it a point to search out Bob T. and say thank you and make sure he knows how good of a job his guys are doing. Great work Teague, the rest of the industy sould fallow your lead!!!

When I bought my mufflers from Teague, I too was impressed with them. Besides, the price was awsome! Because the existing tips had the flanges cut flat I sent one of the tips to them to match. When tips came back, low and behold, the flats weren't cut. I call the salesman, where he offered to let me send them back so they could be modified. Great. I spent the time and money to send you an original to match, you don't match it, now I have to send the tips back to you (at my cost) and spend more time, just to have you do the work that should have been done originally. Screw it. I cut them off myself and got them installed in less time than it would have to ship them.

Hopefully, this was a isolated brain fade, because the other times that I've dealt with them has been exceptional.

Teague is the best

Cord, they did the same thing with mine.
Did not cut the angles correctly in relatinoship to the previous ones that i sent them. However, they paid for all shipping cost.

One set is still not right. the flaps are horizontal and the are suppose to be vertival. These rattle like hell
