Same deal. Call it a 25.

That's surprising to me, they sure seem like a lot more boat than I have

You'll find people to race, and I ever get to Barnegat Bay this summer and see you I will give you a shot, that what makes boating fun for me.

im trying to describe the engine while still being vague lol (it is an open form, ya know?), 10:1 comp, alum heads, custom cam, custom pistons, 4500 carb.

600hp = 78 to 82 mph, maybe 85 if you leave everything including enough gas to get back, on the beach :drink:

Nice.... boy, he got there in a hurry too. What kinda HP, Drive, Prop etc?

Dan Adams 04-27-2011 06:00 PM

785 hp NA no juice. Bravo XR, Stellings box, 385 tabs

That thing is a handful. Hasn't rolled it but it took a severe hook once, cant remember the exact story, he and his girl went to the hospital she had minor head injurys, he had broken ribs, I think he flew out of the boat and took the throttle stick along with him.

He still runs the boat.

Jim V. builds cylinder heads for a living.

thanks guys, i appreciate all the comments. im just interested in having fun and finding people with similar interests in the area. also someone with a "similar" boat with "similar" power for a safe quick shootout.

I'll give you a run come to the Blackjack Poker Run I had a great time last year with my Powerplay. I just had my motors built this winter from Jc Performance. I want to see what a 28 Powerplay will run with 900 hp

I knew this thread would take off as soon as I saw it.

I would take 3 feet off total length for a Fountain, not 4. So a 27 ft Fountain is realy a 24 foot running surface boat.
