Prop question??

That could have been a contributing factor, and certainly needs fixed.

That could be the problem. You don't have a prop issue. You have an issue with the engine not making the power it should. You should be bumping the rev limiter with the HP increase and the same prop.

ok i appreciate all the insight i am gonna put it in the water when the new diaphram is in. I am hoping it fixed!! keep ya posted!

I agree with you with diagnosis, I would bet you are on the money.
