I have never seen another brand where the corporate group does an unsolicited check for free on a used boat. Nicely done.

This is one reason Sunsation is on my sort list of manufacturers for my next boat!

As for the 288 MCOB, I've driven one with a HP500 and it ran an easy GPS 75mph with 5 of us on board. I was very, very impressed with the boat.

265 hours is low hours on that boat. If it's stock with NO mods at all (aftermarket headers etc) and hasn't been beat to death and it's been properly taken care of it's just getting well broke in.

Been on one with the non HO 2004 model and it was a 62-63MPH boat GPS

I may be your bidding competition! It seems like a very nice boat and I would really like to own it as well. What does everyone think about the ride in rough water for the ZXO donzi and the sunsation 288 MCOB?

The two things that hurt it are the non HO 496 and it does not have the Mcleod interior. 45-50K would be a decent price seeing the condition and how it appears to have been well cared for.

I own a 32' MCOB W/ small 6.2's the boat rides great and is great on fuel for a boat. We really have not used the MCOB but we just had our first child two weeks ago and I see it being used someday in the future.

Every preowned Sunsation I saw was priced nice and beefy. I can't speak for the whole brand on value but the MCOB's hold their value very well.

As for ride I doubt either the Donzi or Sunsation will ride much different. The big thing Sunsation has going for it is a full extra foot.

im far from an expert but from what ive seen the actual running surface is pry about the same. i believe a sunny has a notched transom and the pad may be a bit wider. both are very nice boats though
