How would you like to be staring down the deck at this in rough water?

It appears it is attached with a "Heavy Duty" bungee cord. What's your point?

low_psi 07-15-2011 10:08 PM

The Bungee Cord will prevent scratches..........

The seller is not charging extra for the bottom paint.

low_psi 07-15-2011 10:32 PM

He should be charging and extra $2.99 for the Anchor Mount

phragle 07-15-2011 10:34 PM

if the deck and hull arent glassed together, one must make sure the deck is securely anchored to prevent flex.... At least thats what GlassDave told me....

I don't care if he had a bungee cord made for bridge jumping holding it down, you hit a big enough wave it's gonna move, I don't see any other protection, if it moves, it's gonna scratch and gouge.

I'm more worried about them nice Tiffany glasses in the cabin breaking.
