It appears it is attached with a "Heavy Duty" bungee cord. What's your point?

The seller is not charging extra for the bottom paint.

He should be charging and extra $2.99 for the Anchor Mount

if the deck and hull arent glassed together, one must make sure the deck is securely anchored to prevent flex.... At least thats what GlassDave told me....

I don't care if he had a bungee cord made for bridge jumping holding it down, you hit a big enough wave it's gonna move, I don't see any other protection, if it moves, it's gonna scratch and gouge.

I'm more worried about them nice Tiffany glasses in the cabin breaking.
