Bigger cockpit with side by side. And we didn't see any speed or handling gains with the staggered set-up. So why do it?

We do a mono 33'10" from the tip of the bow to the transom although with the bustle it's a bit longer - 525's or Ilmor's with your choice of drives - full cockpit or open with a screen, no problem doing the stagger either.

Isn't maintenance much easier on a staggered boat?
I'm years away, but working on refining my dream boat in my head. :coolcowboy: However with stock Mercruiser or Mercury High Performance engines oil dipsticks, oil and fuel filters, water pumpsetc. are all up front and user friendly. If you want other engine options then maintainence is more of an issue. But really, what is at the back of the engine you need to get to? I take more bimbos in bikinis in my cockpit first but I am just silly about that. :evilb: |

Agree with Rik.
I have been onboard the boat in the BananaShark workshop, I left the feeling of really wanting one, and so did my wife, and we normally never agree on anything. Was very impressed knowledge of the team and the quality of the build. Should also be very fast with its biggest stepps in class.
