The room is reasonable but a wee bit of price gouging on the dock.

Indeed. That's nuts. The last time I booked a slip there it was like 70 bucks a night.

Negative Ghostrider, the weather is sht.

Not a good day over here at all. It's been blowing a steady 30 knots since last night. Storms coming our way. I said to hell with it and cancelled.

For those who went, let's see some pics when you return.

THIS AFTERNOON
EAST WINDS 20 TO 25 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO NEAR
GALE FORCE. BAY AND INLAND WATERS ROUGH. NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

TONIGHT
NORTHEAST WINDS AROUND 20 KNOTS. BAY AND INLAND WATERS
CHOPPY. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.

Here ya go.
The weather was actually pretty good all day.
The boaters on the other hand need some anchoring lessons.
It was every boat for themselves throwing anchors in whatever direction was handy.
Most boats seemed to carry 1/2 lb anchors tied to clothes line.
The basin is very hard to get the anchor to set and everytime the wind blew most boats broke loose.
All except for mine of course so most of the day was spent trying to fend off the other boats from crashing into us.
Other than that lots of sights including this unusual method of paddle boarding.
Not sure I'd do the raft up again but we had a good time.

Thanks Terry. Glad you had a good time. Sorry we missed you guys.

That's exactly what made me apprehensive about doing this in winds like that. I know what these people are capable of especially after boozing all day.

On a serious note we did put the boat through some extensive stability testing.
