The one in the PBL has a lot more going for it and the list is even cheaper, that's a pretty hefty price for an 01 with a basic package.

Yeah, I got friends that live in Cincinatti. I might have to make a trip to see them.

There is also one here in cypress, right around the corner from me, pictures suck...

I'm guessing thats a 502 Mag, he calls it a epi ?

I left a message yesterday, no response yet. I would like to see it in person.

The boat in cypress won't work to many hours, negleted paint/gel coat, and seller not willing to budge on his price...

How about something like this:

When I am ready to make a purchase I will be in a similar position except I want a MCOB. Right now these are at the top of my wish list.

That's my recommendation ;-)

How do they look sitting in the water?

Seems like they need to be a little nose high, for that hull to take on big water?

Bert has some on thw water picts of his rig.

The Lavey 29 is a true 24 degree V and will take big water extremely well.

The Eliminator is a nice boat but there are significant differences. It is fast per HP and the hull shape was designed originally by Ron Ehde, but its a shallower V and wont ride as well in big water or chop.

Its also loaded with wood in the boat - wood floorboards etc and is not interlined like the lavey- its also not the length they claim it is because they add the bolt on swimstep to the LOA.

Good luck on your hunt!

Uncle Dave

The boat has a very "slight" rise, nothing like a Fountain or a Sunny. G-Note, the best advice is to ride in as many of the boats that you are considering. I'll be back in Dallas on the 18th of November, I plan on winterizing my boat that week because I have to be back in the D.C. area by 11/29 and will most likely not be back for a few months. You're not far from Dallas, if you catch me prior to winterizing, c'mon up and I'll take you out. The brand sells itself by the performance of the boat. I was really shocked how well the boat comes alive in the rough, you will be too.

Ok, back on the market...

Nordic heat is out of the question, and so is Eliminator 28 Eagle.

Rode in both on lake conroe, peeing blood still:lolhit:

Laveycraft is what I want, can't spend $50k or bert4332's boat would be in my storage right now!
