is it still AWD or can you switch between 2wd and 4wd? if you are spinning all 4 in 2nd and 3rd gears sounds like you need stickier tires! I have an S65, 600hp and 738 ft-lbs, and it hooks up after 1st gear unless its wet. You should get that thing to the nearest 1/4 mile track and see what it can do sounds like a fun package.

LoL, no it is not AWD any more, It is just a normal select 4x4 now. That would be nut spining all 4 wheels.

Sounds like serious traction issues if your making 450hp & not hooking thru the 1st 3 gears!!! What does it weigh in @ now?

im not saying it is spinning all the way though 1 2 3 im saying i can start in 2nd or 3rd and i can smoke the tires out the hole.

I used to work for Predator Motorsports. For a short time we had a guy in Kansas doing the swaps but there were some issues and we started doing them in house. Ryan (Predator owner) is a great guy. His whole family is. Hope you like it. there are tons of things in the diesel world you can do to that monster. have not read all of the posts but what model engine did you go with? hope not a LB7. injector nightmare motor. LLY was a good motor but had over heating issues. LMM and LBZ are the target ones to have. just get rid of the EGR crap and you will be golden.

oh and stay AWAY form edge tuners. Dmax engines LOVE EFI live. can't go wrong with EFI Live. custom tune, low EGT's, tons of power and torque.
