I tend to come off slow anyway...but all small boats get water in them, that's not a worry. I was not really thinking about getting my friends, but after all the replies it is intriguing.... How well they do in 3 foot chop? Maybe even 4?

4' wave is pretty big for a 16 or 18 foot low profile boat no matter how good they are
