Too Old ~ US just put Charlotte to Cleveland on sale, less than $180 for the plane ticket ... I just bought mine last week ... I'll even upgrade you to first class if you get on the same flights as me. Email me if you're interested! :)

For all of you who have been viewing the Birth of a Supercat, my name is Grant Bruggemann of Performance Panels & Custom Rigging. I am the person responsible for rigging and testing the Supercat.

I have been working on race boats here in the United States as well as Australia for a total of 16 years. I have had the pleasure of working as a crew member for a number of teams, over the past years I have also had the priviledge of working my way up to Crew Chief on a number of teams. Testing and racing different race boats of all makes and sizes has proven an asset in all areas of rigging boats. My next project could be one of the first offshore boats to reach 200 mph.

For any questions or comments regarding this job or any future jobs, please email me at [email protected].

yahoo 07-23-2002 07:37 PM

what speeds are you seeing ?

beerock 07-23-2002 08:11 PM

that picture looks like its going about half throttle.

wheres the pics of the boat shooting a 20 foot high 50 foot long rooster tail with the whole boat out of the water besides its drives and tail end????

Ron P 07-23-2002 09:34 PM

Too Old, I bet the pipes out the top are great for two reasons. Not a chance of water reverbaration or anything else nasty that happens in the mill area in a big sea and second, they are louder for the fans!

Goodfella 07-23-2002 09:40 PM

Hey Yahoo,
MPH # are competitive. Jay & Bob need some seat time
and they will be ready for Cleveland.
beerock&Ron P, Keep your eyes open this weekend you might
see this bad boy at The Jersey shore!
Too Old will we see ya in Cleveland?

What's up with the SBI site showing Broschi in 2nd,
I saw Jay & Bob with the flag, and a great speech from
Jay's youngest son when he grabed the mic (yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa) when
recieving the trophy.
