Same here. Mine is just as much into the boating lifestyle as I am. Our boats never leave the dock w/o her in it.
Our main boat now we say is hers. She really wanted a cruiser, and talked me into it. (gotta say I really enjoy it though since we pretty much live on it 4 days a week) I just can't bring myself to sell the Fountain, even though it's only seen water 3 weekends last 2 1/2 yrs.

So no need to find reasoning.

I got it easy. Wife loves the boat & being on water as much as I do. Her only stipulation, never a catamaran, only V bottom boats. She enjoys speed too which is great, unless it is some super nasty water....then she wants to run in the 40's.

Well after being out of boating for a few years, and moving down to
Fl 9 years ago got the bug again. So my fiencee went back up to NY to
Help her boss out at her old job for a few weeks. She tried reaching me
On Saturday morning and was not able to reach me. Then in the afternoon she got a hold of me, and asked where have I been I started laughing and told her just bought a boat and trailing it home.
Well she never came back home she stayed up in NY, but it turned out to be the best boat that I have ever bought.
