1. a triple tube header?

2. inside primary tube with a coil that wraps around the inner tube then covered by a outter tube then exits the water out the tail?

3. a perfectly welded header a nitrogen tank to cool the header?

4. a perfectly sealed header with a on board a/c pump and water cooled condensor, then use the headers as a evaperator core which will cool the headers?

Jason I remember your dad showing me those, had to be very early 90's at Miami Black Thunder booth I believe. A lot of folks poo poo'ed them back then. Go figure, they would emerge near the top of the heap 2 decades later as more reliable than ss tube. I always thought it was a very cool and functional design.

R1,
Plus the fact that they did/still out-perform all other headers! that's why I have 2 new sets sitting in my garage, I'm going to get with JP, I have an idea!

no bargin at 6000, for long tails. hardin marine big tube headers thru transom tails are less than that. SM gen 3s are a great exhaust with no or maybe a few hp loss of power. put it would be great to here what Paradox has in mind.

Have had great success with stainless marine gen3 they make the same power on mild motors, and more power on big blower motors. No reason to even think about any other header. Have to get over the look and you will be fine. These tests were done on dyno

Sadly the "update" is that I had to put it on the back burner. Mom and Dad have some serious health issues and most of last year I had to deal with them. Even my life is put on hold but I have things pretty much resolved. Their health is not better, but their "situation" is somewhat safe and I can keep an eye (or both) on them. Dad is on O2, 24/7. Mom has Alzheimer's among other things.
I have discussed the headers idea with some race, and boat builder friends and they love it and agree that it will work. Since I had plenty of time to "think", I also have an idea for "help" not to eliminate, but certainly reduce cat blow overs, and a "cushioned" seat, (But that darn Mike at OL is doing it already.) I have to keep my ideas secret I guess. lol. But it's ok, Mike is a friend so more power to him.
The headers will come to life again after the holydays. (Mom and Dad will probably be in nursing homes), but I had to do what I had to do. Sux for me, but oh well.

why couldn't they be chrome finished on the outside? they leak from the inside out... if you make them out of stainless they could be polished, if you make them out of almost anything else they can be chromed or anodized....

Thanks Rat, but she is beyond that. Headers may be polished, chromed or painted as an option, but that would add to the price. Hell for the right $ I gold plate them for yaaaa.
