I think I will not finish before you guys. I will have the bottom sanded tomarrow and maybe even buffed we will see

#%&* !!! SKUNKED AND STUMPED ......not running today

got fire, timing is right...got fuel...spark looked a little weak though, but could see it in the sunshine so not sure if it was weak or not...had to quit to tak ethe wife to the airport...tommorow it WILL run !!!!

Looking good Mark!

Ended up not using the big oil cooler from you. I'll use it on the 502 for the next boat. Did not want to go too big on the oil cooler for fear of not getting the temp up high enough.

Anyway, mine is getting close also. Ran wiring all weekend. (must have lost about 10 lbs in this heat). I'll post some pictures when I get my mess cleaned up. See you on the lakes..

I suppose a bilge full of fuel would not be a good thing ???????


glad i was not smoking when i flung the doors to the shop open...looked to be the tank side of the fuel fill hose..was very corroded and the hose was far from new...I hope that is what it is...I filled the tank yesterday..maybe it was sitting with the bow low enough to back up into the fill hose...I HOPE I HOPE I HOPE...

otherwise see my next installment of fuel tank R&R
