You just dont't get it. The OL pleaure boats are great in my opinion, but the people that are constantly telling me they are great is the issue for most of us on OSO. Or not living up to expectations once the boat is built ie after being touted as the greatest, fastest, best handling ever, the World Champion race boats, or the best cat ever built...it gets old real quick. I just don't buy the bullsh*t, it gets annoying.

In am not jealous, nor do I hate. If I could own a SV43, I would consider buying it, or maybe a Skater, Statement, or Phantom (I like Will Smith).

It is not the boat, but the blind loyalty to the OL brand and arrogance associated with OL supporters is the issue. The OL boat is not an issue, that is the good part.

They are piece of crap boats just like Cigarette, Skater and MTI.

You cant even compare an OL and a Cig. An outerlimits has a useable cabin with bed, toilet, etc, so it can be considered a pleasure boat. Since 2000 a Cig has, at best a half cabin which has worse accomodations than the porto potti on my job site. When Cig builds a 42X with a FULL cabin (shower, ac, bed, etc...) that runs with a 42OL, I will eat my words. It boils down to the simple fact that the TS Cig design is now over a decade old and every year outerlimits is changing and modifying their bottom design for the better

So how much does OL count the overhang in the LOA?
