As you being an engine builder can you help explain what is going on with this motor please?? Looks like it is Turbo and supercharged??

That is a waste gate, The way it was explained to me is that it recycles left over boost and puts it back into the blower, efficentcy is the word, Eddie could finish my explanation!! LOL
