There is another thread on here about "there are no more entry level boats being built" or something like that. Checkmate comes out with a new model that maybe won't be 500k and its a fight. Maybe if it works they can also do a 33-36 or something. Because lets face it there are not too many builders left that are not building anything but the extreme high end of this market.

Nice boat and good luck!!!!!!!!!!

You really think this will be an entry level priced boat. Read the original link. Twin 700 SCi's. Price not released yet. This boat will cost at least $350,000. Probably closer to 400 big ones. Then figure in insurance, fuel, maintenance and tow vehicle and you will have to be pretty well off to afford one of these. I'm more excited about the new OL single.

You missed my point, this is not bad and with 525s maybe 250k. At least its another option.

Too early in the morning to count how many times this thread got hijacked.
Is it 3 times ?? or 12 times ?

Anyway, I appreciate Expensive Dates thought about someone that may be stepping up to produce a boat that isnt super high end thats affordable to those younger folks that want to get into this hobby with a great looking boat .

It's a shame any thread with this guy in it ends the same way..

All that aside, it looks like a nice boat Checkmate, and I'm looking forward to watching it come together!
