The boat looks like a winner! :drink: Great hull design, beautiful paint work and I'm sure that McLeod will do a great job on the interior... but I'm not so sure that the "common man" could afford this boat... (!) The article states that it will be equipped with a pair of 700SCi's. The last time I checked, a pair of 700/NXT's cost approx. $180,000.00, and that's before you even factor in the price of the rest of the boat!

I'm sure it will come into the market priced below some of the more established custom boat builders, but even then, I doubt that middle-class America has a fat enough wallet to be able to afford one!

So with a boat that's laid up more than a decade later with newer materials it'll be interesting to see what kind of numbers it makes.

Pepe and Jo have a real nice boat they build,I would look at that first,They know offshore.

Looks nice from the limited pics.
Price wise, I'm guessing it will cost about the same as a similarly equipped 37 Active Thunder.

I don't know about catastrophic, but I also heard they had some issues.
