Create an account on uship.com and put in what your looking to move. I've had guys move my stuff for $1 a mile using that site. Actually had my PP towed from Vegas to Ct and it ended up being .66 cents a mile. I have no idea how he could do it so cheap, but that's his problem.

Just hire someone with cargo insurance .
The difference to your cost of travelling both ways wont be far off what a hauler will charge you, especially after you add the cost of your "special" insurance premium.
A no brainer.
