I think pursuring bullet point 2 above would bear more fruit than an after the fact challenge. I'll bet we could get quite a few signers to a petition using these forums. Its just flat out bulllchit the way this was handled in the dark of night. No forum at all that I am aware for public discussion. That is just wrong.

Sir;
I hope this helps. Sgt. Arthur A. Windemuth Public Information Officer Office of the Superintendent Maryland Natural Resources Police Tawes State office Building, E-3 580 Taylor Ave. Annapolis, Maryland 21401 Email: [email protected] Office: 410-260-8850 Cell: 410-713-8449 Fax: 410-260-8878 I would still like to know how the appropriate speed for the speed limit was determined, and who dtermined this is the appropriate speed, and on what criteria is speed based ? I guess I will e-mail Sgt. Windemuth for the answer. |
That number seems to be the standard around other parts of the state to control speed in congested areas . Also helps reduce noise . Can someone please tell me what effect if any , does the shipping traffic have on wake at Chesapeake City ?
