85 is my CRUISE speed.

ita1iansta11ion1 04-02-2012 11:28 AM

thanks guys, i feel better now.

crap, ill make an exception for the .1mph for ya.

excalibur82, if i owned a dual motor boat and it didnt break 100mph, id sell that barge. but to make a serious comparison, if you actually had enough hp to do 100+ id like to see u do that in the rough stuff. i could take a nap on a 33' in the 70's on the weekend. it must be a pretty boring ride when youre at wot.

boldspeed, what ya got?

scarabman, "Get it on. I think you should organize the single screw Barnegat Bay grudge match", these are the comments im interested in

85+ in a single engine performance pleasure vee hull to be more specific, not an all out race boat, thank u

These threads are getting old. I am getting my boat ready in the next few weeks, once I get it ready for the water just let me know when you want to go out and run our boats. I'll be the first run for you.
My name is Erik my cell is 732-684-0992. Text me of call me when your ready to do this.
My boat does 84-85. My set up is almost the same as yours so I don't want to hear any **** about your boat has this or that. Let's just settle this BS on the water already!

Sounds like the challenge has been made, and accepted pending an official date in approx 4-5 weeks ??? Now we are getting somewhere.

As this will take place in my home waters I will offer impartial observation or officialling if so requested, otherwise I will just come watch for the sport of it.

Let the games begin!!!!!!!!!:thankyouthankyou:

Sounds good to me. You have my number so hit me up when the time comes. I am sure the date and time will be posted on here.:boat:

THE 288 KID 04-02-2012 03:20 PM

Too bad your not in Michigan on my little lake, there's a plain white 30' checkmate with a single that's in the high 1teens and that's not even Maxed out.

I can't imagine your 24'-25' fountain handles the rough stuff that well at your mystical 85mph number.

Haha! Ya beat me to it. Maybe the italianstallion waxes the hull with hair gel and tanning oil? LOL

THE 288 KID 04-02-2012 03:35 PM

Italian stallion, guido speedo, same ****..... LOL

POWERPLAY J 04-02-2012 04:07 PM

Maybe his dad invented the Italian question mark? He's a trust fund baby looking to smash Ken Warbys speed record in a 23.5', oops I mean a 27 Fontaine...

Sounds like the challenge has been accepted and a tentative time (4 - 5 weeks) has been set. Enough with the trash talk already. It seems to me all Italian stallion wants to do is race his boat. What's wrong with that? He's used OSO as a forum to set the race up. And crapr6 has accepted. Why is everybody giving him such a hard time? I'll bet everyone following this thread likes to race their boat too. And since there's boats that go anywhere from 60 to 160 represented among all of us, what's the point of pointing out that a bigger boat with twins and mega horsepower can beat his 27 footer?

Let them race. It sounds like a real even match. That's what Stallion has been trying to arrange for 3 months. Someone's going to win and then we can discuss which boat was faster, set up better, tuned better, pulled a better hole shot, etc.

Things are a bit slow, no harm in sh*t talking, good banter. I do enjoy these threads.

Haha I like these threads too. Wish I had a 85mph boat :angry-smiley-038:

Geez! Un bunch the panties, or thong or whatever... Trash talk is good! And fun! My twin boat only runs 50 so I can't race a fast arse boat like he has. But if I can pull 4 plug wires off the Baddest arse 23.5' Fountain in the world then we will have a race. I will personally bring winecoolers and tampons to share with the looser...

I'd rather see a good race. Leave the BS talk to all the experts on the dock who don't have a boat to race.

Save the trash talk for AFTER the race. That's when you seperate the BS from the fact. Now you have something to talk trash about. Not whether the guy's Dad bought the boat. Who gives a damn. Have the nads to put up or shut up. Talk is cheap.

THE 288 KID 04-02-2012 04:51 PM

Ill be on the dock cause I can't afford gas.
