Have you found a place to live yet? Almost all of the neighborhoods have HOAs which do not allow boats. It's a crock of chit if you ask me.
Good luck with the move. I was in and around the Beltway for about 15 years. It's much better outside of DC! I hope you are getting PAID!!!
