Yea, I noticed that too.
That rope looks like it was just thrown on the ground rather than wind and water whipped. Also the landing pics show the boat sideways on the beach and the dressed up pick has the bow straight in. ?????????????

Unfortunately, that's probably the most accurate story. If you look here, you'll see pictures of the ship in it's latest state (if there's anything left). And it's not sunken, so someone probably just made it look that way.
