Amazes me....with the power of social media today don't get why someone would risk their reputation like this. Sounds like an easy fix.

we need a a pic of the pattern before hanging someone out to dry.

i mean really whats the wholesale cost of carpet to them? To top it off they could probably save it and cut it up for something else someday.

Just how does one fug up writing "up' on a pattern? It's only 2 letters, count them, 2! :D

And you aren't going to write them mirrored so they are read with the pattern turned over face down.

maybe post a new thread in the beware section. good title; " Matworks won't cover their own mistakes". because if it wasn't clearly marked, they know they have a 50% chance of getting it wrong. unless you clearly marked top on the bottom by mistake...and from what they said, it wasn't clearly marked. they didn't say they cut it the way you marked it...DEMAND they send you back your template. i bet they will say it is gone.
