Back in the day, the best hand of cards won a poker run. Did anyone get all their cards at Desert Storm or did everyone take their egos straight to the bar after the first card stop?

Anyone who claims different is a liar.
Well then call me a liar.. LOL Start the video at 10:45-10:50.. At 11:00 minutes the picture becomes real clear that Tony was waaaayyyyy out in front before they got to the card stop area. If you look close after Predator broke and comes off plane you can see CRC on the right hand side of the vid, and see them go around CS1, come off plane and then idle away.

Motor problems or not, you gotta finish.. No question sans the motor problem Predator would've been #1.. and had it lasted another 10 seconds it would be a different story.

Ultimately though this year DCB. For anyone to claim otherwise after watching the video above they are delusional.

This probably won't be a popular sentiment but—

It really, really doesn't matter. The event was great. The event was a winner.

I see that... but was Predator the first to ACTUALLY get a card or not?

One more question.... Is the guy who owns Predator a paperboy?? LOL

Looks like your run is a good time, would love to attend one of these years!

Not my Run, I just attend like everyone else. I am not involved with DS. Other then maybe throwing some more $$ at filming it, we are no different then the guys on the side of the lake with a go pro, of a handicam.

Lame.

Rules haven't changed in poker as far as I know.
Best hand still wins- at the table or at the poker run.

The event was a freaking blast from start to finish.

There were a thousand boats on the lake all day Friday and I suspect a lot of them were participants enjoying the day after the run was over.

No it has changed. Now if you win a card hand you get a 1099 in the mail.
