I hate to hear you had trouble on your first weekend out but as Raylar said they are all top notch companies and I'm sure things will get worked out.

Man Wrink, thats too bad. I don't know the circumstances so I will not speculate...but good luck in getting her fixed and dialed in for the rest of the season.

WF,

One thing I do if I experience anything out of the ordinary or something I have a question about I either take a pic or video w/ my iPhone then text or e-mail it to the supplier or supporting service center. I have found this to be a pretty good tool that allows those I seek support from to see what I'm seeing experiencing. I realize yesterday was a holiday but just a suggestion going forward.

You have a very nice boat, something you designed & had built to your specs so once you get beyond the few normal gremlins I'm expecting to see some pics & vids of you enjoying your new ride. I had the luxury of seeing a spy photo but still waiting on the unclassified shots!

Best of luck!

Wrinkleface I hope you get it fixed. I'm sure you will, as stated the companies your dealing with are top notch. I met you at the miami boat show with Pete when we all went for a ride on that silver NorTech. You and your wife were awesome people, good times!! Let us know how it all turns out can't wait to see pictures of that bad boy.
