My biggest concern on the 8.2L boat with Axius would be the lack of a tie bar on the Bravo III drives. That is a lot of boat to be pushing around with the drives not tied together. Has to play hell on the gimble rings.

So, you have the blue 40 Skater that was at H Toad's the morning of the SOTPR? Beautiful boat!!! Love the steps built into the deck/hull between the drives.

Yes I do, and thank you! That also explains why I have a hard time getting excited about cruisers.

Its like having a sports car and a big BMW. You can't compare the two to each other, and its best when you have both.

Default 400ss

Diesels are the way to go on the 400SS sweet spot for cruising is same as gas boat around 40 MPH Much faster and the blender falls over. Gas in a 370. Bens boat is screw new. If I had room on the dock down here I would be all over it

yeah but who buys a 400SS to go 40

525's are the way to go, who wants to be the boat that everyone is waiting for?
Granted 60mph isn't that fast but sure better than 50.

What would it be worth?
If I had any sort of u clue I wouldn't ask here.
I'm not looking for opinions on this or other similar boats, just an idea of this boats value.
Thanks!!!

Thanks man for the compliment. See ya at the lake next time around. Be down late July to early August.
You still need a ride in the OL.

Most people buy them to go faster than a SeaRay but slower than a 382 Fastech but with 10 people sitting and the A/C and Espn on...or some lucky ones have both. Surely cant fault 525's in anything!

That is what the 350, 370, and 400SS excel at. Crusing between 30 - 40 MPH. At LOTO, you are not going to run a 400SS at 60 MPH on the main channel and not beat the pi$$ out of your kidneys.

Just back from 2 weeks down there. Be down again for the Shootout. I'm sure I'll see you at Dick's on Friday. Yeah, if it works out sometime a ride on the 42 would be great.
