Delsol your boat is bad ass

Also- I would be surprised if with same power a 33 PowerPlay didn't run away from a 33zx in any water.

AJFischer -- thanks! I've been out in your boat and it always impressed me -- Great boat and looks awesome!

The 41 Saber 'wicked one' did Boyne Thunder and man it looked good when it came tearing by us like we had 3.0 liter 4 bangers :lolhit:

Were you out with Andrew or the original owner?

Smarty- I'm not sure about the phantom being comparable since it is a sit down boat, but they haul @ss for sure!

34 Phantom

My 34 Phantom is hands down the best bang for the buck. Brand new everything this winter. 675hp naturaly aspirated, Xr's, -2 Shorties. 105mph on GPS so far and still more dialing to do, not to mention we have had 90+ degree weather since the boat has been finished. Turn key reliable absolutly needs nothing and will run through any water you throw at it. Ran AC poker run at 90mph in the ocaen like I was in a 42' boat. 65k takes it. I have that invested this year. Im moving into a cat, I just cant seem to go fast enough. LOL

In an attempt to contribute to the thread...

a) Which of these will be fastest with identical power?

b) Which has the best rough water capabilities?

My opinion...(not worth much I know, but I like to post :lolhit:)
A) 33 PowerPlay
B) 35 Cig

Took the words right out of my mouth. :evilb:

Powerplay is awesome. Phantom is just as awesome but low and sitdown. Sutphen is cool but looks outdated even compared to the Powerplay. Donzi is fat and slow and some years were iffy on quality. The 33 AVS looks cool but I think the helm is too rounded and cheesy looking.

33' boat AND good on gas??? Buy a sail boat...

I believe the Cig will weigh a lot more, drink a lot more gas to go similar speeds......

If gas is a concern a light boat w/ a step is the best bet. The PP will be relatively light, but no step.

yeah ok! maybe a 35 Fountain. Pull a 33 PP up next to a 38 Fever & ask yourself if you think they're similar in size, it will dwarf any of the boats listed so far ... you guys are funny

:lolhit:
