Cleaning up the mess left (buried concrete pilings and debris) by the properties previous occupant is in it final stages.
Start of the actual excavation for the lagoon is planned for late August/early September.

Funny thing, since available boat storage (high & dry and slips) is almost saturated along the east central coat of Florida, I would expect more interest from our Floridians rather than interest from the great state of N.C.. However, your interest is more than welcome. Please continue to follow our construction.

For your information we most likely will have sales for Formula, Pursuit and Fourwinns. along with the Tiki, restaurant, and beach.

Boston Whaler is just south of our property line and Hacienda del Rio modular home park borders our north property line.
