so, let me get this straight: The cruiser, whom as far as we know was actually just getting on plane after leaving a raft up or family picnic (the video really doesnt show where he came from right?) spots a (semi) guided missile approaching him at xxx miles per hour, and is supposed to drop off plane somehow without creating an even larger wake (complete with large hole at the entrance) for the (semi) guided missile to hit as his boat settles in the water??

Can you be self insured and run a poker run? They always asked to see my proof.
The only way that cruiser would be at fault is if he was at a race and crossed the race course during the race and made the wake that made the race boat crash.
I know when I would enter a poker run in the 50 NT v bottom, I try to find a wake to get a little air under the boat for a good picture but I am not running over 80 most of the time more like 55 when looking for a wake probly twice the pounds of most the new cats are. Had plenty of fun.

Then it's time to sell and you have an older boat that will limit the amount of people that will want to travel to go look at it so you dump it off for 25k. Sound good?
