There are 2 steps with both having an internal channel for aeration.

Curious. Were blueprinting changes and aeration changes tested separately to see which each netted?

That would have been ideal but no the changes were not tested individually.

I think it is the perfect analogy the first 41 Apaches came out in 1985, so that boat has had 30 years of technological advancement which is a lifetime in today's world. Don't get me wrong it is a nice boat, I just don't see the technology in it that other boat MFG have embraced.

What specific technological advancements are you referring to? What did Checkmate leave out on the Punisher?

Reread the title of this thread there is almost a 15 MPH difference and almost 10 MPH of that speed is blue printing the bottom, like I said they did not use the latest Tech in hull designs. A older 41 with 700s and new style props would be close to that. And the fact that it sold for roughly half of it's original MSRP less than a year later and none have been built since speaks for itself. I am glad to see it coming along
This will be my last post in this thread since I see where this is going.

I have never seen the boat run but I did see it on the trailer last year in Big Rapids and the boat is absolutely beautiful.

Nice to see it's performing very well too!

Nice boat no doubt....saw up close at Erie Poker Run last year. Side note, great venue, too bad the water was so big...Lake Erie for ya I guess.
