1) Sip of cocktail
1a) Start engines
2) Sip of cocktail
2a) Put in gear
3) Hopefully you've had enough of cocktail to not spill...if not take another sip
3a) Mash both throttles
4) Make sure kids are back on board
4a) finish cocktail while underway
Once cocktail is empty, repeat process.
