I don't even understand how this happens. When I'm coming up on anyone, if I have the right away or not I always leave enough room for everyone involved to make a couple mistakes and still not crash. There is a lot of room out there for this to happen in such small boats.
If the bow rider was pulling a tube and not paying attention it was lucky he hit the boat and everyone lived instead of missing the boat and slingshot tube rider into the other boat. The rider would not have survived that.

Well I guess all of us Maryland boaters can look forward to frequent DNR and Coast Guard boardings and harassment now thanks to this guy. Especially since every "loud" boat must being going fast and reckless.
