Looks like the bowrider hit the other boat? Lot of damage to both...that had to be a pretty high speed crash...

at night How in the hell do you not see the other boat's light, and slow down and stop if necessary when it keeps getting bigger and brighter.

It sounds like everyone may be okay. From all the pics it looks like small sport boat was hit by the other boat that was pulling a tuber. And with the hit being on the left side of the sport boat it would seem they had right of way. Of course there is a State Senator involved so if he was driving the tubing boat the sport boat guy will probably be locked up for 10-15.

No, it was daylight. 6:00 or so.
