The guy in the blue shirt works for LakeTV. He was catching rides on different boats all weekend and had his GoPro shooting video.

I am glad their injuries were not serious. The LakeTV guy got beat up pretty bad.

Ouch. Sorry that happed to them and hope there were no serious injuries. Hopefully the video will cause others to think. Would be nice if there was a gopro pointing forward too.

Looks like the throttles were partially open and his body/arm closed them when he was thrown to port to me. Pretty lucky

My guess... trimmed up and running too loose when he hit the wake at possibly an awkward angle. Not enough wetted surface for proper control. But who knows for sure.

I had this happen in my old Baja. Came off wrong on a wake, landed on the port side boat snapped back to the starboard and threw me right over into the passenger bolster and everyone to the ground. Close call for us. Scary.

I had to rewatch the video to catch that. He is crazy on the sticks. Good thing the guy in the back got off the hatch.
