Hey Waterfoul....
THANKS FOR TURNING ME ON TO CRAIG AT OFFSHORE UPGRADES. HE CONVIENCED me into the bravo 1 now.He had a complete transom assy for a resonable price,i still need a bravo 1 drive, shifter, throttle bracket and water pump and bracket for sbc.Does that sound right? do i need anything you can think of? He says it will bolt right on with no drilling and can use the alpha assy on the inside. I always thought you had to drill 2 more holes and needed the bravo plate that fits on the inside.

Huh. I always thought you had to change the inner transom assembly too. Could be wrong though, I've been wrong before. You might try Dave at Motion Marine in Holland for the rest of the parts. He tends to have some stuff laying around too, or know where there might be some. 616-3956-5013
Or, Jim Valako at Valako Race heads. He has all kinds of "stuff" laying around upstairs at his shop. 616-735-0800
Hopefully you will be on the water soon!!
