PS, anyone remember the 39'Sutphen up in Canada w/triple V-8's ?? Saw it when I had my old Sonic up on Rice Lake. I/O powered now I think.

He recently ditched the bracket and put them on Detwiler jack plates directly on the transom and made a platform/pocket so they still trim up all the way. Next mod will be pushing the rear bulkhead back for extra room in the cockpit. Meanwhile on my boat, the 22 year old guzzler had a defective ECU, had to ship her back to the manufacturer.
