drive trim indicator and cable

drive trim indicator and cable
Where can I get the drive trim indicator kit with the cable that mounts onto the trim ram. All I find are either the ones that merc makes (sending unit) or the type with the actuator that bolts in place of the merc unit (gimble ring mount).
