I am in the process of having new canopies built for my ZRC. Aero competed for and won my business. Carman has been a joy to deal with. Sometimes when I call the secretary says that Carman is detained and will call me back shortly. She always does. No problem.
I'm thinking that your in-ability to deal with Aero Marine is a result of your lacking social skills - not them. |

I can see why you would be upset by a receptionist hanging up on you but if you run a manufacturing business I'm sure you get inundated on a daily basis with people wanting to speak with the boss. Most of which are people trying to sell marketing or other services which have nothing to do with buying your products at least that seems to be the norm at our company.
My secretary receives at a minimum 5 to 10 of these types of calls a day and at some point she ends the call. They almost always they try and act as my a friend or someone who just spoke with me. The first thing she asks is what the call is in regards to and always asks for a name and number, most of the time they won't and just say they will call back when I'm available. Just my $0.02 |

If Carmen was truly interested she would have sent him a PM with an apology and her cell phone number, not some BS about call me if you want to. No dog in the fight, but this service is what drives companies out of business. Can't even imagine this activity. As for pming cell phone, my cell is private and for friends and business colleagues I deem worthy of having 24/7 access to me. I have a toll free business line and two other lines for business as well as established business hours. My private time is exactly that..private. |
