That is either a Johnson boat or an OMC boat....not an Evinrude "Gull Wing".......all 3 debuted at The 1964 NY World's Fair, I worked there too!...at the OMC pavilions which were hard by the World's Fair Marina...and not in the Fair Grounds themselves....... Since I did my boating and racing at that time in and around Flushing Bay...the whole thing was right in my backyard. ..... The pavilions also featured Hu Entrop's world speed record o/b hydro.....powered by an OMC V-4...my recollection is that the record at the time was about 117 mph...about as fast as my current 28 Skater.
