My mother is still without power on the east side of Red Bank.

My sister lost her house on the Mullica River. Took about 5 ft of water and the septic filled the house so it's totalled.

My inlaws got about 2 ft of water at their house in Toms River. I drove up from MD early Saturday with a truck load of supplies and 30 gallons of spare gas. I spent the weekend remediating the flood damage, this pic is the fruits of my labor by Sunday evening at 4 pm. I slept on the couch at my wife's cousin's house.

So much for the coastal areas getting just rain ....
6 inches of snow already and counting.
Trees are snapping due to how wet the snow is but now cold enough to make it lighter. I needed to go out and smack my trees to keep from losing them.
Then frostbite set in ... OUCH !!!

My mother slept at her office last night and guess what? They lost power at 7 am this morning...

I told her to GET THE F' out of NJ and come stay at my place in MD because this is no way to live but she's insistent on staying up there... Well, can only lead a horse to water.... Hopefully when she goes home this morning and realizes there's a foot of snow in her driveway that's wet and heavy she'll turn around and head to MD since all we got was a little rain and 10-15 mph winds.

Up at 6 AM cleared the driveways and cars. Internet now down since the snow storm. cant complain, we still have power for now.
