Mantoloking was not cut in half.
There were at least 3 breaches that cut through Mantoloking during Superstorm Sandy not 1. The following Nor'easter created even more.

Sure they want to focus on the bridge but there was no way to get into Mantoloking from Bay Head unless you had a boat.

There are currently 5 property owners holding out from signing the required easements in order for the Army Corps of Engineers to start building the new dunes and beach replenishment .

Mantoloking has now retained a lawyer to begin Eminent Domain proceedings against those that refuse to sign.

Very possible these property owners names will be released as well as the May 1st deadline closes in.
