Default How big are these seas?

I hear people talk about running in 2-3 footers, 5-6 footers and bigger. I have a hard time telling just how high the waves are and was wondering what you guys think the size of these seas are. I know it may tough to tell from the camera view, but what do think anyway.

Running 40-45mph in the Pacific Ocean on the way to Catalina Island.

If he had trimmed up more, he would most likely not gotten sprayed. You can tell the bow is steering from lack of trim.

Looks like he had a Go-Pro on his head.
