Iam not trying to be mean just giving info that I know. Also while the guy was goin down the highway the cowlling to the motor fell off. Those are words straight from the owner. Pics in the add show it. But you can't beat the spectre's performance.

I got my HTM insured through Wozencraft with over 1,000 HP and a stated top speed of 115+... As far as rough water I've been out in the roughest water Havasu has to offer, and I know other HTM owners that go to Catalina out of Long Beach no problem.

Not great for rough water. The hull works best in a one foot chop, 2-3s are about where I say enough. The waves either have to be tight enough to bridge at sped or far enough apart to launch off of and not plow into the next. I have no problem with insurance, but I have previous experiance. Dont know about a first time cat operator.

I'm not looking for 1oo mph in any water lol just a fun 85mph boat for bay cruising. Done the big boat thing want something smaller and fun. But still pretty fast
