Seems performance boats are thing of the past at boatshows across the country. Even Miami is less and less every year. it has turned into mostly center console's with egg beaters and of course alot of cruisers. IMO I think most still go to Miami because of the parties.

The show space was 1/2 of what it was 3 years ago there a 3 folding walls the were up to the 2nd section that 50% I remember when the entire top floor was open.

It was slow Sat night GEICO had a over the to booth with lots of toys, for a Progressive show GEICO STOLE THE SHOW you would think there the Sponsor of the show.

Agree with everything already said. Walked the whole show in an hour and that included a 15 minute chat with a close friend. Not much other than Geico and Formula.

I did really like, gulp get ready for this...... a 16' Bayliner...... it may be the perfect replacement for my Sea-Doo Jet Boat.

Only $13,999 Boat Show Special - Boat, motor, trailer and every option.

I worked the Monterey both and we had a great turn out !! 25 boats sold and lot of great leads . There has not been a go fast boat there since 2009ish that market is dead right now.

I must say, Monterey is doing a great job building very Sporty bowriders! The new 28SS and the 328SS are sweet. I spent a lot of time on the 328 and it has me thinking.....

The 565's are the most power that Formula has ever put in a 353, isn't it? I don't recall seeing any with 600's...
