Yesterday I get a frantic phone call at 6am (after I have been working on my boat tell 1am)!!!!! Jon you have to come to my house right away..... My satelite is not working. WHAT THE F)(%K!!!! Is this a real emergency that some one should be woken up for? Now today I am dead tired as the lack of sleep from the previous day has caught up with me. So I go over there and get one TV up and running by going to my shop and taking my showroom off line and tell them that the parts are ordered for the other tv. Well she just called me and is all pissed that the downstairs tv is not working. I offered to swap the parts to make the downstairs one work and she starts yelling at me that I should have the parts and that some one must have them. I called everywere in the area, even drove a hour up to NH to find out that they did not have them. She gets pissed at me again and just says forget it!!!!! Some people will not be happy no matter how hard you try!!!!! Sorry had to vent.

oh yeah and there is always that one customer that is a complete *******, sometimes dropping them is better then keeping them..

its more then likely that theyll bad mouth you, but WHO cares, theyll bad mouth anyone. Whos is gonna take there word anyhow, if they act like this to you, I bet they do it to everyone....

or you could just let what there saying to you fly over your head and charge for a LARGE service fee.........

audio connection is located in verona, maybe, we can sub contract each other for installs. You can use me as a satelite installer with you(if you use two guys on the job).

If weget a place that needs satelites we hook you up and if you get a place that needs a sytem you hook us up....I am pretty much sub contracted with them, but I am with them exclusively for audio..
