He can receive the death penalty even if he pleads guilty. His guilty plea merely removes from the jury the issue of culpability. The jury would skip immediately to the penalty phase which will determine whether he continues his meaningless and unjustified existence or he gets the needle. The problem is that by skipping the culpability phase, the gov't does not get this prick to deny responsability and piss off the jury. Hopefully, he will continue his antics and get his just desserts.

I completly agree with Steve 1 and Dockrocker,
This person should be in a military court !

As far as the corporate criminals.... they need to be dealt with in a more severe way. Even if they do jail time they still come out with pockets full of cash. They should be treated like drug dealers...everything they own that was bought with the money they scammed should be seized and never returned ! They should be left with NOTHING !

Turn him loose in downtown NY and let the people have their way with this prick. No judge or jury required.
