Default Statement 50 does 207mph

Just got the report that 207 is the number, must be the turbine 50 not the 1350 boat, if its the 1350 that would be the fastest so far. Showed pic of stray cat , did it have turbine before pistons

WOW! Hope its true, they do have a Patented hull design. We all can agree there is no other Cat hull like it.

Lets not forget that most "manufacture numbers" are rarely what we see once we buy the boat. Plus, most of us agree the engines are not stock. Would not be surprised if they are actually Merc 1650's/1700's. They already admitted that a MTI has been running them for a while now.

Either way congrats and looking forward to hearing more good about Statement Marine. What a great company, great people, and amazing boats!

not for nothin but I'd have to see proof of that. If its true, then running anything but a plane at that speed isn't safe and offering that for sale to the general public is nuts. How many people have we all met who have much more money than brains? If any one of these knuckleheads get their hands on that thing people are gonna die

Nothing against statements, they are damn nice boats, and merc 1350s are sweet motors... but a "production boat" with "production power" comes within 13 mph of the propellpr speed record???
